Hayleys Fabric Plc is a pioneer in weft knit fabric manufacturing in Sri Lanka, having commenced our journey in 1992 with our first manufacturing facility in Narthupana, Horana in the western province of Sri Lanka. We are also the largest fabric manufacturer in the country following decades of organic growth and the acquisition of South Asia Textiles Limited in 2021. Recognized as a world-class fabric manufacturer with a high degree of innovative capabilities with our own brand, INNO, Hayleys Fabric Plc is also highly focused on eco-friendly processes and drives business using best practices on sustainability, environment, health, and safety. Hayleys Fabric Plc is also a public-listed subsidiary of the Hayleys Group, which brings with it the strength and a heritage of entrepreneurship and governance spanning over 145 years.
