By using the Site, you agree to follow and be bound by the following terms and conditions concerning your use of the Site (“Terms of Use”) and our Privacy Policy. Hayleys Fabric PLC grants you a limited personal non-transferrable, restricted, non-sub licensable, revocable license to access and use the Site only as expressly permitted in the Terms of Use. Except for this limited license Hayleys Fabric PLC does not grant you any other rights or license with respect to the Site.

12. Applicable Laws

All matters relating to your access to, and use of, the Site shall be governed by laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to, or use of, the Site including injunctive relief shall be instituted in a competent court in the said Republic of Sri Lanka. You and Hayleys Fabric PLC agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts, and agree that venue is proper in such legal action or proceeding. Notwithstanding the aforementioned Hayleys Fabric PLC can in its sole and absolute discretion determine at any time that any other law and/or jurisdiction is applicable to these terms and conditions and proceed with legal action on that basis.

13. Intellectual Property

Hayleys Fabric PLC reserves to the ownership of all rights, title and interest to all intellectual property rights, look and feel including infrastructure of the Site and you are not entitled to copy, scrape, hyper/ deep link, publish, promote, market, integrate, utilize, combine or otherwise use the content. Any unlawful use or any of the aforementioned actions will constitute a material infringement of the intellectual property rights of Hayleys Fabric PLC.

‘Hayleys Fabric’ and ‘inno’ are trademarks owned by Hayleys Fabric PLC.

14. General Provisions

  • Hayleys Fabric PLC reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions by updating the then current version thereof posted on this Site. By using this Site, you agree to be bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page of this Site to determine the most current version of the Terms and Conditions to which you are bound.
  • Hayleys Fabric PLC reserves the right to make any changes and corrections to this site as and when Hayleys Fabric PLC considers it appropriate and without notice. Hayleys Fabric PLC may suspend the operation of this Site for support or maintenance work, in order to update the content or for any other reason.
  • Personal information provided to Hayleys Fabric PLC through this Site will only be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Please read this carefully before going on. By providing your personal details to us you are consenting to its use in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
